DHS Systems LLC recently announced that its line of Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter (DRASH) Systems can now accommodate the Satellite Transportable Terminal (STT) and similar communications platforms.

DRASH STT Shelter Systems join STT communications technology and DRASH, a soft-walled, quick-erect shelter system that has been used extensively by the US military for more than 20 years, to offer users a larger, more effective work area that can withstand harsh weather and environmental conditions.

DRASH Fort Bragg regional support facility manager, Brad Stobb, said: “DRASH STT Shelter Systems allow personnel to form a durable, complete command suite. No matter what environment they’re faced with, operators can still use their equipment and finish their mission.”

Using the DRASH STT Shelter System, users can combine the STT with any of the 45 DRASH Shelter models offered by DHS Systems, including the US Army’s Standard Integrated Command Post Systems (SICPS) TMSS Medium and TMSS Large, which range in size from 109-1,250 square feet.

DRASH STT Shelter Systems can also be used with other vehicle communications platforms, including the Standard Integrated Command Post System (SICPS), Air Defense Airspace Management (ADAM) Cell and Integrated Platform Solutions (IPS) Logistics Support.
