IDEX, the largest defence and security event in the Middle East and North African region, took place in Abu Dhabi from 20-24 February 2011. Over 900 companies participated, including EID.
Visitors were able to witness the high performance and quality of our products, including the ICC-201 digital intercom, and the most recent compact and cost-effective version, the ICC-251 intercom. Both were designed for armoured vehicles, fast patrol boats and shelters, covering all the requirements for tactical communications. We exhibited the CD-116 field digital switchboard and telephone communication equipment (the BLC-201 field telephone), both huge successes in Asian and North African armies. Also on show were several ruggedised networking solutions, always adjustable to customers’ needs, as well as our worldwide known ICCS (integrated communications control system) that is specifically designed for all types of warships. It is a system that has become a reference in the naval communications community.
With an Arabic atmosphere, EID team ensured that all our visitors got the information they wanted, becoming familiar with our solutions.
