MAXRAK™
MAXRAK™ is a readily adjustable rack storage management system with the capacity to lift 2,000lbs, 2,500lbs, 4,000lbs, and 6,000lbs. Its racks can reach heights from 8ft to 25ft. The solution comes with several advantages that include enhancing storage capacity, maximum load-bearing capability, reduced wasted space, and better space utilisation through increased storage management.
As a pioneering rack storage system, MAXRAK™ is designed to accommodate different shapes and sizes by maximising storage capacity. This means that for spaces with a densely packed layout, Rapistak’s MAXRAK™ technology can uniformly distribute loads of varying weight (Up to 36,000lbs per bay (16,329kg)), with no need of setting rack beams to certain heights. For the purposes of adapting to different heights and environments, the technology boasts instantly adjustable steel fabricated pallets for load bearing in place of traditional fixed beam shelving.
By adopting this solution, facilities also benefit from high-density storage management, since any wasted space is minimised and shelving capacity is increased.
