AUTOSTAK®
AUTOSTAK® is an automated parts-to-person system suitable for a wide range of storage and access applications related to manufacturing, distribution, retail and warehouse processes.
Cost-effective and easy to use, this technology offers a unique storage management experience that is modular and efficient in vertically and horizontally arranging trays on either unit side. This is the only system currently marketed that has the capacity to handle up to 6,000lbs of payload.
Adjustable and easy-to-use storage system
With the push of a button or the help of a scan code, the extractor device instantly delivers the items (packed in steel pallets) into the available access opening. The device is adjustable as it can change length and number of access openings before and after construction. The solution aims to maximise floor space by utilising at least 50% of the available storage system area.
Features include:
- Variable pallet sizes that are from 30in to 84in wide and from 30in to 48in deep, with other options also available
- Variable system lengths, which can be changed promptly and easily, and future needs can be met through the opening of additional side access points
- Work stations are available for tray storage and retrieval
