The laser system fits FNHerstal FiveSeven, SIG-Sauer Pro, Walther and all other gun systems which have an interface rail to MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny). Laser systems are based on long experience in engineering and manufacturing of thousands of target lasers fielded from pistol to infantry rifles. The laser meets the high demands on sturdiness and availability which are generally required by the professional user.
The standard supply visible 635nm class-two laser meets most purposes. For nighttime use with NVG, a 840nm IR Laser is also available. Lasers are set to eye-safe or class 3R output, as per customer request. Other power settings are also available on request. The laser has a precise mechanism for fine X / Y adjustment.
The type 1913 laser is attached to the pistol by a mechanically interlocked fixture, specially developed for pistols with MIL-STD-1913 rails. The laser can be switched “on” or “off” by flipping the switch to either side, while in the centre position the laser is “off”. This makes this laser suitable for right and left-handed users.
