The new Vinden LR family of long-range thermal cameras is available with powerful continuous-zoom optics that offer narrow horizontal fields of view (HFOV) as narrow as 1.5° without compromising image quality, optical speed, or sensitivity.
The easy-to-use OEM long-range thermal camera cores also feature finely tuned, one-touch autofocus with reliable and smooth operation throughout the zoom range. Choose from three athermalised and parfocal continuous-zoom lens options: 25mm – 150mm, 25mm – 225mm, or 40mm – 300mm with a HFOV range from 17.5° – 1.5°.
Sierra-Olympic’s advanced Vinden LR thermal camera series features a 12-micron pixel pitch and 640 x 480 pixel resolution. With onboard recording, storage (up to 32GB), advanced image processing (including electronic image stabilisation), and H.264 IP encoding, the long-range, continuous-zoom LWIR cameras have convenient Ethernet control connectivity and are available without ITAR restrictions, under US EAR Regulations.
