FA-400 Fast Patrol Vessel-prodcut-feature-image

The FA-400 is a high-performance 45-metre fast patrol vessel engineered to deliver speed, manoeuvrability, and operational versatility across a broad spectrum of maritime security missions and offshore threat environments. Designed for both coastal and offshore deployment, the platform supports a wide range of operational requirements, including tactical response, maritime surveillance, search and rescue, and routine patrol operations.

The vessel integrates advanced combat systems and mission payloads, including command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) capabilities, long-range anti-ship missile integration, decoy systems, and other configurable mission equipment, enabling enhanced situational awareness and operational effectiveness in contested maritime environments. Its modular architecture allows for tailored combat system integration, providing naval operators with the flexibility and resilience required for evolving mission demands.

Built for endurance and performance in challenging operating conditions, the FA-400 features a 45-metre hull with an 8-metre beam and 4.6-metre depth at midship, delivering stable offshore capability alongside speeds of up to 26 knots. Combining advanced naval engineering with mission-adaptable design, the platform provides a dependable and highly capable solution for modern maritime operations.

Robust design and naval safety for operational efficiency

The vessel’s structure is suitable for all types of service loads, with class-approved marine-grade steel permeating the main deck and structural parts for enhanced durability and efficiency during seawater operations. Its steel-hull aluminium alloy superstructure is welded with marine-grade aluminium alloy through a bimetal joint that protects against electrolytic corrosion.

To meet the highest safety standards, the FA-400’s fire main system is equipped with seawater firefighting, featuring two fire pumps in the machinery and generator rooms, a 25L pneumatic accumulator, a pressure gauge, and a pressure switch, all configured to maintain fire main pressure between 4–7 bar.
