EHPS – electrohydraulic power steering pump for heavy commercial vehicles

The continual rise in fuel prices and imminent legal regulations for the limitation of CO2 emissions in commercial vehicles have served to highlight the potentials in this connection offered by electrohydraulic power steering pumps. The primary advantage here is increased efficiency in the steering system which reduces fuel consumption, thereby increasing the efficiency of transportation.

eAMT300-2e: Cost-efficient traction module with improved driving performance for battery-powered electric light commercial vehicles (LCV)

An economically and functionally orientated approach is needed to establish battery-operated electric powertrains for the LCV market. In contrast to the passenger car market, the total cost of ownership is the only driving force for the purchase decision in the commercial vehicle and transport market. The costs for the purchase, operation and maintenance are the key factors to be considered.

MERGE – The time of manual mesh generation for CAE is past

It’s a well-known problem: The preparation of data consumes more time than the actual simulation. For example, for a complete body shell, as many as 2,000 different parts must be joined, similar to flanging. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to carry out this job at the press of a button using a standard PC and have the finished mesh a few hours later?
