Portable Air Conditioning Solutions for Clean Air

Are you looking for portable air conditioning for clean room solutions in your field camp tents or temporary buildings? Fitting HEPA filters offer a proven way forward using Dantherm’s AC-M18 series of NATO-standard portable cooling units.

What are HEPA filters?

High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters are basically a mat of randomly arranged fibres, typically made of fiberglass, at diameters between 0.5 and 2.0 micrometers. Different EU HEPA class grades exist, depending on their ability to remove airborne particles. Reaching an air filtration efficiency of no less than 99.95% and 99.995% respectively (>0.3 μm particle diameter size), Dantherm’s H13 and H14 HEPA filters are often used in field camps for medical relief and other purposes in conflict and disaster areas.

What kind of Dantherm units are compatible with HEPA filters?

Dantherm’s three portable AC-M18 air conditioner variants are compatible with HEPA filters and all provide air-conditioning in temporary or transportable buildings or tents. Based on more than two decades of experience, and globally acknowledged for their versatility and sturdiness, our solutions have become a NATO standard and they’re often preferred by governments, aid agencies and NGOs.

What are your options?

Fitted with the optional High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter unit, the units become ideal for use in clean room solutions.

The HEPA filter unit for Dantherm’s AC-M18 air conditioners can be fitted with different kinds of filters, depending on the actual requirements. Various filter types are available. The HEPA filter unit is for external installation and it is mounted on top of the AC-M18 evaporator side, over the upper supply opening. The HEPA filter unit is designed for clean room solutions, such as field hospitals and workshops for sensitive equipment.

Up to four filters can be used in the air stream when mounting a HEPA filter unit on top of the AC-M18 (2 + 2 filters).
