We are very pleased to announce the acquisition of WEW Westerwälder Eisenwerk by DIRKS Group.
As of July 1, the entire business in Weitefeld was transferred from Thielmann WEW GmbH to the new WEW Westerwälder Eisenwerk GmbH.
As you can already notice from the naming, we are going to continue the tradition of WEW as “the inventor of the military tank container”. Good things are to be preserved and continued without interruption. At the same time we want to use the synergies of the DIRKS Group and create further growth. We intend to further expand the production and service of customized tank containers for civilian and military customers and are confident that there is significant market potential in this segment.
