With concerns over the Covid-19 pandemic growing with each passing day, TACO Antenna’s top priority is to protect the health and well being of our employees, clients and community. We are monitoring events as they develop and will continue to follow the guidance of federal and provincial health officials.
TACO services and supplies the very unique Telecommunications industry which services both Military and Civilian customers. This sector of business meets the requirements of Essential Services criteria as defined by the Canadian and US Governments. In keeping with this directive, TACO will continue manufacturing our products to ensure our orders are fulfilled for our customers throughout the time health related measures are imposed by the existing Covid-19 pandemic. To the best of our ability, based upon the requirements of Essential Services, TACO will strive to remain on schedule with all confirmed deliveries. To meet these expectations our suppliers have also committed to ensure the availability of raw materials as required by our production schedule.
In light of current health recommendations to best protect everyone, the following protocols have been put in place until Monday April 6th, at which time we will assess the continued need for these safety measures:
- To promote social distancing, our office will not accept visitors, although we remain open for business. In-person meetings have been halted, but we are happy to speak by phone or correspond over email.
- We will maintain staff in the office and on the manufacturing floor to support our business and service our customers.
Please be assured that we are working diligently to balance the needs of our clients with the welfare of all concerned. These are challenging and unchartered times, but we will continue to strive to provide exceptional products & services despite the necessary tweaks that have been made to our usual course of business.
