It develops, manufactures, modernises, and services wheeled and tracked combat vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, small, medium and large-calibre ammunition, radar systems, containers, command and control systems, and air traffic control technologies.

CSG operates through two main divisions: Defence Systems and Ammo+. The Defence Systems division covers four subdivisions: Land Systems, Medium & Large Calibre Ammunition, Aerospace & Defence Electronics, and Advanced Systems. Ammo+ focuses on small-calibre ammunition and related products.

Land Systems

The main company of this subdivision – Excalibur Army – develops, manufactures, and upgrades wheeled and tracked combat vehicles and other land systems. Its main products include the DITA and MORANA howitzers, the TREVA-30 recovery vehicle, the AM-70 EX bridge-laying vehicle, and the PATRIOT multipurpose platform vehicle. It also provides vehicle modernisation, maintenance, logistics support, spare parts, and technical support.

Tatra Defence develops and manufactures wheeled armoured vehicles. Its portfolio includes the PANDUR II 8×8 platform and the upgraded PANDUR 8×8 EVO, vehicles on Tatra chassis, the TADEAS modular platform, and armoured cabins. The company also integrates weapons, communications, and electronic systems.

Tatra Trucks produces heavy-duty trucks with a unique chassis concept. Its product range includes military trucks, special-purpose military vehicles, and vehicles for construction, mining, forestry, agriculture, firefighting, and civilian use. The main civil series is Tatra Phoenix, while Tatra Force and Tatra Tactic serve special-purpose and military applications.

Medium & Large Calibre Ammunition

Develops, manufactures, and supports artillery, tank, and mortar ammunition for demanding military applications. Its portfolio also includes key components, propellants, pyrotechnic elements, and fuses, together with services such as upgrades, life-extension programmes, safe storage, and environmentally responsible disposal. The division is built to cover the full ammunition lifecycle, combining production capability with modernisation and long-term support.

MSM Group brings together companies producing artillery and tank ammunition, training ammunition, ammunition components, and life-cycle services. ZVS Holding specialises in large-calibre, pyrotechnic components. VOP Nováky manufactures training ammunition, selected rockets, artillery shells, and mortar rounds, and also provides ammunition storage, disassembly, and environmentally friendly disposal services.

Fábrica de Municiones de Granada develops and manufactures large-calibre tank and artillery ammunition, propellants, EOD equipment, and ammunition and rocket components. ZVI produces medium-calibre ammunition, pyrotechnics, gas generators, and pilot ejection seat mechanisms. 14. Oktobar manufactures body shells and stabilisers for large calibre ammunition.

Aerospace & Defence Electronics

Covers radar and sensor systems, command and control systems, air defence systems, ATM solutions, and specialised software. ELDIS Pardubice produces airport surveillance radars, precision approach radars, and air traffic control systems. Retia develops radar systems, command and control systems, and anti-drone protection systems.

ATRAK develops air traffic control software and systems, including Aeronautical Billing, Aeronautical Information Management, Information Data Processing, Remote Tower solutions, and the Air Ground Analysis System. CS Soft provides certified ATM systems and simulators for civil and military use. JATISmro offers software for aircraft maintenance planning, management, and evaluation.

Advanced Systems

Focuses on high-value technologies such as propulsion systems for UAVs and guided missiles, advanced AI-based platforms, and decision-support tools for complex environments. AviaNera Technologies develops propulsion solutions for UAVs, guided missiles, and related defence applications. Excalibur International supports exports and large-scale international projects across the group.

Ammo+

Includes The Kinetic Group, CCI, Federal, HEVI, Remington, Speer, Fiocchi Munizioni, Fiocchi of America, Baschieri & Pellagri, and Lyalvale Express. Its products include small-calibre ammunition for pistols, revolvers, rifles, and shotguns, as well as primers, bullets, lead-free ammunition, and hunting and sporting ammunition. The division manufactures for both civilian and defence markets.
