Rockwell Collins has completed its acquisition of unmanned aerial vehicle navigation producer Athena Technologies.

Athena Technologies will now operate under the Rockwell Collins name, with its financial results reported as part of the Government Systems business unit.

Athena produces the GuideStar family of compact flight-control systems for applications on commercial aircraft, UAVs, target drones and missiles.
