General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a division of General Dynamics, has secured a $1.3bn contract to provide enterprise IT and cybersecurity services for the US Army National Guard and other federal government partners.
The Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) contract was awarded by the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services on 7 August 2026.

According to General Dynamics, the contract features a one-year base period and six optional one-year extensions.
The work will involve modernising, integrating and securing both classified and unclassified networks for the Army National Guard.
Under the contract terms, GDIT will deliver a broad range of integrated IT services. These services include establishing new operations centres, providing on-site technology support, workforce assistance and technology provisioning.
The company has also committed to using advanced AI, data analytics and communications technologies to enhance operational efficiency and mission support.
GDIT stated that its efforts would help create a more agile, resilient enterprise network environment for the Guard, with improvements to operational speed, security, and service quality.

“We look forward to bringing the full strength of GDIT’s digital modernisation, AI and cyber capabilities to enhance the mission readiness of the Guard and its partners.”
The contract expands on GDIT’s existing collaboration with the Army National Guard and its history of providing support across the wider US Army, including enterprise IT services for US Army Europe, global base defence sustainment, flight school instruction, and mission training complex services.
