The industry’s overall hiring increased by 14.21% in September 2022 when compared with August 2022.

Out of the aerospace, defence & security industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 18.29% share in September 2022, recording a decrease of 0.3% over the last three-month average share.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 83.33% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry during September 2022 over August 2022.

AVIC Xi’an Aircraft Industry Group posted 8 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a rise of 300% over the previous month, followed by Avic Shenyang Aircraft with 8 jobs and a 300% growth. The Boeing with 3 IT jobs and CAE with 2 jobs, recorded a 57.14% decline and a 100% growth, respectively, while Raytheon Technologies recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during September 2022.

Entry Level job postings dominate in September 2022

Entry Level jobs held a share of 50%, up by 450% from August 2022. Junior Level positions with a 36.36% share, registered a flat growth compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 13.64% share, up 50% over August 2022.
