RECADATA has announced its first M.2 NVMe SSD product M700 Series aimed at high-performance PC and enterprise markets.
The new M700 Series is RECADATA’s fastest SSD, which will adopt the new PCIe Gen3.0 4x product interface, offer largest capacity up to 1TB, Maximum Sequential Read / Write of 2,800MB/s / 1,800MB/s and Random 4KB R/W of 330K/260K IOPS (for a 1TB model).
RECADATA M700 Series M.2 SSD is designed with innovative Marvell controller and mainstream Toshiba Toggle 15nm MLC Nand Flash memory, will be offered in both sizes such as M.2 2280 SSD to M.2 22110 SSD. Considering endurance as a key issue in Enterprise applications such as server, data centre, workstation, Cloud Computing fields, they will offer eMLC solutions to improve the performance and endurance. The new M700 Series is featured with ‘3H’ (higher capacity, higher performance, higher endurance) and ‘3L’ (less power, less space, less cost) compared to standard hard drives, which will deliver around mid-January 2017.
RECADATA has also disclosed that the next generation Enterprise SSD U.2 NVMe SSD with 2.5in size will be coming very soon.
