Reliability testing for SSDs
RECADATA’s military grade SSDs are tested in accordance with the highest industry standards MIL-STD-810F specifications for quality and reliability. They use SLC NAND flash and Enterprise grade MLC Nand Flash (5,000 times write cycles) as the storage medium because of its superior reliability.
The RECADATA I6 series industrial grade SSDs also feature an industrial-grade Tantalum Capacitors Array and the power-off detection circuit based that provides protection against data loss in the event of sudden power failure.
