Intensive research into the dense particle packing of cement-based compounds and constant adaptation to our customers’ needs have made Densit the world leader in lightweight security barriers. Fine particle packing barriers

Densit security products are all based on the original fine particle packing concept developed by our laboratories. Combined with an unsurpassed bonding ability to aggregates and reinforcement, Densit barriers make up one of the toughest challenges for any tool.

Environmental friendly barriers

Although Densit products are technologically sophisticated, they are simple to use and present no environmental hazards whatsoever either when in use or during demolition at the end of their extensive service lives.

Inducast 3000 bonded barrier system

Inducast 3000 is supplied as a dry mix to be mixed with water, aggregates of a high quality and usually 2% volume steel fibres.

One of the significant qualities of Inducast 3000 is the excellent bonding between Inducast 3000, steel reinforcement, steel fibres and aggregates leading to an increased resistance against physical attacks by means of electrohammers or the like.

Inducast 4000 bonded barrier system

Inducast 4000 is supplied as a dry mix to be mixed with water, aggregates of a high quality and usually 2% volume steel fibres.

One of the significant qualities of Inducast 4000 is the excellent bonding between Inducast 4000, steel reinforcement, steel fibres and aggregates leading to an increased resistance against physical attacks by means of hammers or the like.

Inducast 6000 bonded barrier system

Inducast 6000 is supplied as a dry mix to be mixed with water, aggregates of a high quality and usually 2% volume steel fibres.

One of the significant qualities of Inducast 6000 is the excellent bonding between Inducast 6000, steel reinforcement, steel fibres and aggregates leading to an increased resistance against physical attacks by means of electrical hammers or the like.

Inducast TT5 bonded barrier system

One of the special technical features of Inducast TT-5, extremely high compressive strength and maximum burglary resistance, is achieved through a hardening process lasting 48 hours by heating up to 250°C. The product is delivered as powder and water and fibres are added by use.

Inducast Flexbinder bonded barrier system

Inducast Flexbinder is supplied as a dry mix to be mixed with water, aggregates of a high quality and usually 2-4 vol.% steel fibres.

One of the significant qualities of Flexbinder is the excellent bonding between Inducast Flexbinder, the steel reinforcement, fibres and aggregates leading to an increased resistance against physical attacks by means of hammers or the like.
