HT-100

HT-100-prodcut-feature-image

The HT-100 is one of the most innovative unmanned helicopters in the world. Reliable, durable, and versatile, this aircraft is suitable for mission-critical applications and deployments. The technology boasts an affordable fuel consumption of just nine litres per hour,  a combined payload and fuel capacity of 60kg, a 60l fuel tank, and a flight endurance of up to six hours.

HT-100 key features

The HT-100 offers uncompromising operational safety, equipped with pre-programmed autorotation with an automatic back-up safety eMotor, as well as four actuators for flight control redundancy. Additional features include an ADS-B mode S transponder and FLARM system, a detect-and-avoid system, terrain following capability, front- and bottom-view cameras, an all-airframe parachute system, and an emergency locator transmitter (ELT), as well as an automated return-to-home (RTH) and GNSS-loss/denied redundancy capabilities.

Expanding on the HT-100’s many operational capabilities, plug-and-play sensor options are available through the modular payload avionics BUS, allowing rapid sensor integration and deployment.

The solution is also easy to maintain and operate, with maintenance facilitated through an all-inclusive, fixed-price support package, designed for maximum uptime. All technical documentation is written according to certification standards for manned aircraft, promising extra reliability for every mission and deployment. Training and maintenance are customised according to customers’ needs.

Versatile unmanned aircraft for maximum flight performance

With the highest efficiency and flight performance in mind, the HT-100 is equipped with a Swiss-designed 15kW turbine engine and energy-saving Flettner rotor system for maximum engine endurance and 30% energy-saving capacity during heavy payloads or longer flights.

Its dual intermeshing Flettner rotor system ensures maximum efficiency and stability in challenging flight conditions. There are no mechanical parts in the tail boom, and the system can be removed, allowing easy transportation and storage. Together, these ensure high stability and powerful payload lifting capacity.

Its 15KW engine is known for its durability, with low vibration, particularly compared to wankel or piston engines, as well as low-maintenance circumferential lubrication and 1,000 FH TBO, for continuous lubrication of the aircraft’s main components. Circumferential lubrication reduces energy losses promptly and effectively.
