Potential investors have shown an interest in DOLL as it stabilises its business operations.

"During the last two weeks, DOLL has succeeded in stabilising business operations allowing a smooth continuation of its processes", summarises Martin Mucha who was appointed preliminary insolvency administrator by the Local Court Offenburg on 17th April 2014. "We are now focusing on shaping the future for the Corporate Group. In the meantime, approximately two dozens investors have showed great interest in the renowned high-tech trailer manufacturer and the know-how of its employees."

Since Martin Mucha has been appointed preliminary insolvency administrator he and his team of ‘GRUB BRUGGER Rechtsanwaelte’ pre-financed an advanced payment of insolvency money for around 400 employees in Oppenau (Baden) and Mildenau (Saxony). They also held intensive discussions with suppliers, customers and banks, who provide constructive and systematic support in terms of reorganisation efforts. "A very large number of customers and suppliers are highly interested in the continuation of DOLL’s business activities and its competitiveness on the market", says Mucha. The process of finding an appropriate investor had already been initiated by the familyowned company and will be continued in the interest of all creditors and the company itself. Mucha is aware of the fact that "everyone involved attaches very high priority to find an investor very soon and we will take our time to make this process comprehensible for both creditors and investors to achieve the best possible result."

The next step is to decide on who will be given the opportunity to review and examine DOLL’s books and records to be able to make a suitable offer. In this context, it goes without saying that compliance and confidentially were expressively stipulated. However, it is no surprise that both strategic and financial investors have a strong interest in acquiring DOLL. Some of the financial investors have been concentrating on special sectors during the last years and thus were able to build up comprehensive industry know-how. DOLL Fahrzeugbau AG is a company who relies on a long tradition and could establish itself firmly on the markets as the high-tech specialist for transport solutions. Since 1965, GRUB BRUGGER Rechtsanwaelte has been specialising in insolvency and reorganisation law as well as on business law on a national and international basis with offices in Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Munich and Freiburg.
