In August 2025, at the invitation of local partners, NovoQuad Group conducted a series of live demonstrations and field tests in Thailand, showcasing their latest anti-drone technologies and solutions.
The event centred on direct engagement with local partners and end users, giving them deeper knowledge of the advanced technologies embedded in NovoQuad Group’s anti-drone systems. Engineered to detect and counter unauthorised drones without violence, these systems delivered an intelligent and reliable approach to addressing modern drone threats. The demonstrations highlighted:
- ND-BD005 High-End Handheld Anti-Drone System
- ND-BU005 Advanced Passive Anti-Drone System
- ND-BG002 GPS Spoofing Jammer
- Command and Control (C2) Software
Both ND-BD005 and ND-BU005 utilise advanced passive detection technology to silently track drones. By operating without actively emitting signals, passive detection enables security teams to locate drones and even trace their operators while remaining discreet. This approach is widely applied in airports, prisons, critical infrastructure, and urban security zones, where radar deployment is restricted or where low-power, unobtrusive monitoring is required.
For neutralisation, their technical team demonstrated two primary drone jamming approaches:
- Directional jamming through the ND-BD005 handheld unit and the ND-BU005 long-range jamming system, capable of countering advanced 4G and 5G drone threats.
- Omnidirectional jamming with the ND-BG002, ensuring 360° protection.
ND-BU005 and ND-BG002 were seamlessly integrated into the Command and Control (C2) Software. Serving as a central hub, the C2 system delivers smart, automated low-altitude security by correlating detection data, managing drone countermeasures, tracking drone movements, and supporting rapid decision-making. This enables security forces to quickly identify unauthorised drones and coordinate effective responses in a streamlined, automated manner.
In addition to technical briefings, NovoQuad Group conducted multiple real-world tests. The systems achieved excellent performance in the tests and earned strong recognition from local partners and end users. This demonstration was part of NovoQuad Group’s ongoing global efforts to advance anti-drone technologies, underscoring their dedication to continuous innovation and the development of cutting-edge security solutions.
