Target's range of temporary life-support solutions includes site design and planning, site prep and engineering, dormitories and barracks, hotel rooms, apartments, single family homes, warehouse conversions, cruise ships and accommodation barges along with facility management, catering, housekeeping, grounds keeping, laundry, maintenance, recreation, entertainment and security.

MODULAR AND TEMPORARY HOUSING

Temporary construction has many advantages including customized design, the ease of on-site erection and the rapidness in which it can be deployed. Temporary housing can easily be removed, shipped and reinstalled in another location, making it an economical option.Modular housing and converted shipping container units are self-contained and fully equipped to resolve shelter needs in any environment.

There are three construction options available when considering modular housing:

• Permanent (high quality hard construction)

MODULAR DORMITORIES AND BARRACKS

Modular dormitories can be constructed according to our client's specifications, the number of people to be accommodated and the type of bedding configurations and amenities required. They can be located almost anywhere.

Target Logistics purchases from a number of sources to get the best price and the quickest delivery.Amenities available in modular dormitories include security barriers, food and beverage services, office spaces and recreation facilities.

MODULAR HOTEL ROOMS AND APARTMENTS

Multiple hotels can be erected according to specific client needs, and can be adjusted to accommodate additional personnel. They are the ideal solution for senior staff housing as they provide private bathrooms and single or double occupancy per bedroom. Hotel rooms and apartment units can be supplied with furnishings, house wares, cable and telephone. Daily and weekly cleaning is also provided.

EXISTING BUILDING CONVERSIONS

Target Logistics converts warehouses, schools, and other types of buildings into dorms or barracks which can include kitchens and dining rooms, recreational facilities, laundry and fitness centres.

FLOATING HOTELS ('FLOTELS')

Drawing from our global network of cruise ships and accommodation barges, Target will deliver the ideal vessel best suited to your project, from 50 to 2,000 cabins, anywhere in the world. Always a turnkey service, catering, housekeeping, laundry, security and recreation are included as needed.

LIFE SUPPORT SERVICES

We specialize in full service, turnkey solutions that allow our clients to concentrate on their mission and not worry about their comfort and safety.

SITE PLANNING AND ENGINEERING

Site preparation including design, engineering and installation of all utilities including water, sewer and power is provided as needed. Water storage and purification can be provided, on-site in above ground platic tanks or ROPU facilities - plumbed, pumped and piped to the point of use. Electric power can be provided through a series of main and auxiliary generators capable of sufficient electricity. Sewage treatment or storgae facilities can also be arranged.

TRANSPORTATION

Target Logistics provides various forms of ground transportation including passenger vans, armoured vehicles with Personal Security Details (PSD), buses, limousines and freight and utility trucks.

AirPlanning (an affiliate company) can also provide air charter services including permitting, ground handling, fuel and catering. The passenger charter division can provide the appropriate size and type of aircraft for any number of passengers to any destination in the world. The passenger air cargo charter division has access to hundreds of air cargo freighter aircraft and they will match cargo needs with the appropriate equipment and arrange every detail.

MILITARY RELATED ASSIGNMENTS

In 2005, the US Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division 9USACE-GRD) contracted with Target Logistics (as part of a JV) for a life support project for up to 2,000 Iraqi Police and Border Guards for a Joint Training Area (JTA) in Basra.
