Patria’s Nemo 120mm mortar system has been selected as the weaponry for Canadian LAV II vehicles.
Under the US foreign military sale (FMS), Patria and Belgium’s Mecar have signed a memorandum of understanding for an undisclosed number of systems.

The 120mm remote-controlled mortar turret provides signature management, ballistic protection, and direct and indirect fire support.
The system has also been selected by the Slovenian armed forces and the United Arab Emirates Navy.
