The new T1276 TCXO (temperature controlled clock oscillator) is available from 2.5 to 120 MHz and features a rugged, radiation tolerant (200 krad (Si) TID) hermetic package and ultra-low acceleration sensitivity of <0.07 ppb/g.
CMOS or Sinewave output and MIL-PRF-55310 Level B or S screening is available. Power supply is 3.3 or 5.0 VDC.
A wide temperature operating range of -55°C to +125°C and excellent performance in high shock and vibration environments make the T1276 well-suited to a variety of applications including high orbit transponders, LEO (low Earth orbit) nano/micro satellites, RF telemetry systems, multiband terminals and upconverters.
