Kärcher Futuretech will start June 2010 packed up to the brim. This year’s exhibition schedule is really tight, with exhibitions and other events recurring at 2, 3 or 5-year intervals all taking place this summer.

The first will be INTERSCHUTZ, the major international trade show in the area of rescue, fire-fighting, disaster control and security, which will attract many trade visitors from 7 to 12 June, in Leipzig.

On the next day, 8 June, NBC defence experts from all over the world will meet a few kilometres north of Stockholm to attend the 10th International Symposium on Protection against Chemical and Biological Warfare Agents. Until 11 June, the experts will talk about the latest developments mainly in the area of biological and chemical threats.

EUROSATORY in Paris, the world’s largest exhibition on defence technology, will take place from 14 to 18 June at the Villepinte exhibition centre close to the international Charles de Gaulle Airport.

At the same day, the 2010 Quartermaster Symposium will start in Fort Lee, Virginia. This event which will last until 19 June, will focus on technical equipment and catering of the US Army.

A 1000 miles further west, and three days later, on 22 June, the 2010 Joint CBRN Conference & Exhibition
will start in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. At a joint stand together with its strategic partner DRS Technologies, until 24 June, Kärcher Futuretech will be presenting its NBC protection programme tailored to the needs of the US market.

Civilian-military cooperation will be addressed at the 27th Langenargen Symposium from 23 to 26 June. Hardly comparable to any other event, this forum, held at locations belonging to different countries on the shores of Lake Constance: Langenargen, Bregenz and the Swiss Rohrschach, represents the changes and the rapid transformation of the basic conditions with regard to security-policy.

The month of June will end with an in-house event. On 29 and 30 June, Kärcher Futuretech will welcome more than 50 foreign military attachés from Berlin who will visit the Kärcher premises in Obersontheim and Schwaikheim as part of an informative meeting to assure themselves of the high performance of German industry.

In the second half of this year, Kärcher Futuretech will participate in the Africa Aerospace & Defence in Cape Town from 21 to 24 September, and in the Annual Meeting of the US Armed Forces (AUSA) in Washington DC from 25 to 27 October.

The last event this year will be the first International Forum CBRNe from 29 November to 1 December in Berlin.
