Signal Conditioning and Precision Measurement Modules

Bustec provides a wide range of signal conditioning solutions designed to preserve measurement accuracy in noise-sensitive and safety-critical applications. These include modules for temperature (RTD), strain gauge, voltage, frequency, and IEPE sensor measurements.

Signal conditioning is not treated as an afterthought. Each measurement path is engineered to maintain signal integrity from sensor to ADC. High channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground isolation reduces susceptibility to ground loops and electromagnetic interference, which are common in large test stands.

Many Bustec modules feature independent ADCs per channel and simultaneous sampling, ensuring accurate time alignment even when measuring mixed signal types. This is particularly important in propulsion testing, thermal characterisation, and structural validation, where phase relationships and transient behaviour must be captured accurately.

These modules integrate seamlessly with Bustec’s LXI, VXI, and PXIe platforms, allowing consistent measurement behaviour across different system architectures.
