T3 Defense has acquired a 60% share in Project35, an Israeli company specialising in the development and manufacturing of drones, aerial interceptors, and counter-uncrewed aerial vehicle (C-UAV) systems.
The transaction, announced on 10 July, provides T3 Defense with majority control over Project35 and marks the US-based defence-focused holding company’s entry into the expanding drone and C-UAV armament sector.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Project35 supplies uncrewed aerial platforms and counter-drone technology including heavy-lift multirotor cargo drones, long-endurance vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft for reconnaissance, and high-speed, AI-guided tactical first-person view (FPV) systems.
Its customers include Israel Aerospace Industries, ELTA Systems, Elbit Systems, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, and the Israel Ministry of Defense.
These partnerships, according to T3 Defense, offer commercial opportunities to further scale Project35’s technologies and improve access to defence procurement channels both within Israel and internationally.
T3 Defense CEO Menny Shalom said: “The acquisition of Project35 positions T3 Defense on both sides of that equation. Project35 brings operational, field-deployed platforms and a purpose-built autonomous interceptor validated in successful live-fire testing, giving us proven technology to address one of the defining threats of modern conflict.”
Following the acquisition, Project35 will continue operations under its founding leadership.
CEO Gandi Kokton, director Noa Bomshtein, and co-founder Dudu Farfara will remain at the helm, maintaining business development, administrative oversight, and technical innovation, respectively.
The management team is supported by specialists in fields such as RF, signal processing, optical guidance, and systems integration.
Projected revenue for Project35 is estimated at approximately $2.4m for the 2026 fiscal year, following unaudited revenues of approximately $1.4m for 2025.
Gandi Kokton said: “We have built the solutions, the team, and the deep engineering experience needed to counter today’s aerial threats, drawing on backgrounds across Israel’s leading defence organisations.
“The one element we were missing was the capital and platform to scale, and joining the T3 Defense ecosystem solves exactly that. It allows us to bring our full portfolio to market and put it to work against the challenges defence forces face today.”
Recently, the company completed a series of initial live-fire field trials for its latest autonomous aerial interceptor, a system intended to neutralise adversarial UAVs using proprietary AI-guided tracking and guidance technology.
This interceptor, designed for rapid response within seconds of UAV detection, is described as validated for use in high-intensity conflict environments by the company.
