"The Iranian Army is fully ready to counter possible threats. The ground forces have the might and capability to defend 8,700km of Iran's borders and not allow any aliens to enter the country," he said.
Iranian armed forces are currently equipped with indigenous equipment, which has greatly improved the country's defence capabilities.
The US and Israel have repeatedly warned of attack on Iran's nuclear facilities over accusations of nuclear weapon development, according to Press TV.
