The US Army has awarded a one-year contract to Stanley, a provider of systems integration and professional services to the US government, to design new fingerprinting technology.
The cost-plus-incentive-fee contract is valued at $1.7m for Stanley’s biometric multispectral fingerprinting technology.
Alongside partner firm Lumidigm, a biometrics sensor developer, Stanley will provide a working multispectral prototype sensor and software development kit for integration into mobile biometrics devices for the language and technology office in the US Army Intelligence Centre, Arizona.
