Comtech Mobile Datacom Corporation has received multiple orders under its blue force tracking (BFT-1) contract with the US Army.

The $51.7m order provides satellite bandwidth, satellite network operations, engineering services, programme management, support and mobile satellite transceivers for the force XXI battle command brigade and below — blue force tracking (FBCB2-BFT) programme.

The supply of satellite bandwidth, and other related professional support services will be extended until March 2012.
