DRB-Hicom Defence Technologies Sdn Bhd (DefTech) has been awarded a seven-year contract by the Malaysian Ministry of Defence to supply armoured vehicles.
Under the RM7.55bn ($2.5bn) contract the company will design, develop, manufacture, commission, supply and deliver 257 units in 12 variants of 8×8 armoured wheeled vehicles.
