The US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has awarded two competitive, five-year task orders to BAE under the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) contract.

The two orders, Customer Engagement and Field Support Services Task Order and Enterprise Operations Services Task Order, are aimed to re-invent DIA IT infrastructure services delivery at all unified combatant commands.

Under the $350m contract, BAE will apply its Enterprise Services Delivery Model to improve the effectiveness and quality of IT services delivery across the full spectrum of operations for DIA support of the war fighter.

DIA and BAE will develop new models in services automation, knowledge management, remote management processes and information-sharing to achieve significant reduction in recurring enterprise operations costs.

The DIA is a combat support agency that provides military intelligence to warfighters, defence policymakers and force planners in support of US military planning and operations and weapon systems acquisition.
