Kratos has been delivering both propulsion and flyer systems, including products such as the Erinyes Hypersonic Flyer, Dark Fury, Zeus, and Oriole Solid Rocket Motors, along with other systems.

The California-based company is also involvement in the engineering, development, production, and integration of hypersonic systems, flight vehicles, solid rocket motors, and other high-speed systems.

Earlier this year, in February, Kratos secured a separate contract with the US Department of Defense’s Joint Hypersonics Transition Office.

Under that agreement, Kratos is responsible for supporting test and evaluation activities focused on thermal protection systems in hypersonic vehicles, including efforts to analyse a range of mission scenarios and flight conditions to identify suitable testing environments.
