The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 13.3% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.
IT jobs claimed a 19.2% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2021, and recorded a 4.11% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Thales IT hiring in November 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Thales , Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 70.28% in November 2021, and a 10.28% drop over October 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 13.33% in November 2021, and registered growth of 71.43%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 11.11% in November 2021, a 42.86% rise from October 2021.
Europe drives IT hiring at Thales
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global aerospace, defence & security IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 60.56% share, which marked a 3.96% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 20.56%, registering a 12.12% month-on-month growth. North America was the third leading region with a 17.22% share and an 11.43% drop over October 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 1.39% and a month-on-month increase of 25%. South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.28%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
France commanded a leading presence in the region’s aerospace, defence & security industry IT hiring activity with a 33.06% share in November 2021, a 25.63% decline over October 2021. The UK featured next with a 9.44% share, up 41.67% over the previous month. Canada recorded an 8.61% share, a decline of 32.61% compared with October 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Thales IT hiring activity in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 69.44%, down by 7.41% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 20.28% share, a growth of 35.19% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 10% share, down 16.28% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.28%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
