The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 1.89% in September 2021 when compared with August 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 4.58% share in the company’s total hiring activity in September 2021, and recorded a 0.2% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Reckitt Benckiser Group IT hiring in September 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Reckitt Benckiser Group, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 66.33% in September 2021, and a 32.99% drop over August 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 15.31% in September 2021, and registered a decline of 28.57%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 12.24% in September 2021, a flat growth from August 2021.

Europe drives IT hiring at Reckitt Benckiser Group

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global consumer IT hiring activity in September 2021 with a 45.92% share, which marked a 13.46% drop over the previous month.

North America stood next with 26.53%, registering a 44.68% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 25.51% share and a 19.35% drop over August 2021.

In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 1.02% and a month-on-month decline of 80%. Missouri stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 1.02%, registering a 50% drop over the previous month.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s consumer industry IT hiring activity with a 26.53% share in September 2021, a 43.48% decline over August 2021. India featured next with a 22.45% share, up 10% over the previous month. Germany recorded a 19.39% share, a decline of 24% compared with August 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Reckitt Benckiser Group IT hiring activity in September 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 63.27%, down by 16.22% from August 2021. Entry Level positions with a 19.39% share, a decline of 40.63% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 13.27% share, down 58.06% over August 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 4.08%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
