North America drives IT hiring at Raytheon Technologies

North America emerged as the leading region in the global aerospace, defence & security IT hiring activity in October 2021 with a 94.52% share, which marked a 22.45% drop over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 3.93%, registering a 39.83% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 1.33% share and a 44.19% drop over September 2021.

In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 0.22% and a month-on-month increase of 300%.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s aerospace, defence & security industry IT hiring activity with a 94.07% share in October 2021, a 21.68% decline over September 2021. India featured next with a 3.16% share, flat growth over the previous month. The UK recorded a 1.22% share, a decline of 45% compared with September 2021.

Mid Level jobs lead Raytheon Technologies IT hiring activity in October 2021

Mid Level jobs held a share of 42.83%, down by 27.08% from September 2021. Junior Level positions with a 32.08% share, a decline of 19.36% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 24.27% share, down 23.29% over September 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.83%, recording a month-on-month increase of 15.38%.
