The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 7.11% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

Out of the aerospace, defence & security industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 38.76% share in November 2021, recording an increase of 1.18% over the last three-month average share.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry during November 2021 over October 2021.

The Boeing posted 40 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a drop of 56.99% over the previous month, followed by Thales with 1 job and a flat growth. Raytheon Technologies with 1 IT jobs, recorded a flat growth.

Entry Level job postings dominate in November 2021

Entry Level jobs held a share of 52.38%, down by 60.71% from October 2021. Junior Level positions with a 40.48% share, registered a decline of 43.33% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 7.14% share, down 70% over October 2021.
