The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 8.85% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.
Out of the aerospace, defence & security industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 39.86% share in October 2021, recording an increase of 12.76% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry in October 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 85.19% in October 2021, registering a 27.78% flat growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed an 11.11% share, an increase of 50% over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 3.7%, registering a flat growth from September 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
The Boeing posted 51 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 10.87% over the previous month, followed by Woodward with 2 jobs and a 100% growth. Thales with 1 IT jobs, recorded a flat growth.
Entry Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Entry Level jobs held a share of 64.81%, up by 12.9% from September 2021. Junior Level positions with a 24.07% share, registered a decline of 18.75% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 11.11% share, up 200% over September 2021.
