The Requirement The Belgian Ministry of War and Ministry of National Defence sought to acquire new fuel tank containers in October 2014 under an open competition. Information was sought from the industry on the supply of 36 Deployable Fuel Distribution Capacity (DFDC) tank containers to meet the in-theatre fuel requirements of the Belgian Army.
