Hotzone Solutions Middle East conducted a First Responder WMD Awareness Course in Abu Dhabi for first responders, held on 22 – 26 January 2012.
This training course provided the participants with an awareness level training for the prevention, response and recovery from incidents of domestic terrorism involving weapons of mass destruction (WMD).
It was held for the Chemical Defense of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and comprised of theoretical lessons as well as some practical scenario training.
The content ranged from the introduction to WMD basics and its impact on first responders, their equipment and training needs to case studies and exercises involving usage of first responders equipment.
