Hotzone Solutions Successfully Presents its Middle East Office During IDEX 2011

From the 20-24 February 2011, and for the first time, Hotzone Solutions had a stand at the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

IDEX 2011 was organised by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, in association with the UAE Armed Forces GHQ, and was held under the auspices of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The main purpose of Hotzone Solutions’ attendance was to introduce its regional office, Hotzone Solutions Middle East (HZSME), and to further develop its network. With the signing of contracts with new companies and existing partners, this goal has been reached.

During IDEX, Hotzone Solutions management was pleased to see the great interest of many companies from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, in its live agent training (LAT). The will to train army, police and customs staff with LAT has been shown.

Many NBC defence equipment providers were present at IDEX and a substantial number expressed great interest in Hotzone services. New contracts and agreements have already been signed with new partners, envisaging equipment lending and testing in a live environment.

The highlight of the conference for Hotzone Solutions was undoubtedly the visit of His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to our stand. His Highness took some of his valuable time discussing Hotzone’s mission and objectives, and Hotzone’s management and its Middle East team were delighted to be able to give a personal presentation to His Highness, who affirmed: “Hotzone Solutions’ mission is positive for peace in the world.” He then expressed his support to Hotzone Solutions and the will for its involvement in increasing CBRN capability in the UAE.

Finally, Hotzone Solutions’ success at IDEX was also reported in an article published in a well-known daily newspaper in UAE, the Al-Ittihad, which will also certainly help increasing our visibility in the region.

Hotzone Solutions participation in IDEX 2011 proved to be very successful in terms of new contacts but it also allowed key regional players to get to know our Middle East office, and our unique services. We would like to thank His Highness Sheik Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company and the UAE Armed Forces GHQ for the organisation of the event.

Last but not least, we offer our thanks to His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his interest in our mission.
