RRT has announced plans to release its upgraded THiEF (Tactical Handheld Emitter Finder) V2 in the first quarter of 2020.

The V2’s upgrades include an expanded DF range, digital demodulation and decoding, extended frequency range, increased processing speed, and lower bandwidth requirements.

These improvements have been achieved while maintaining the current size, weight, and power (SWaP) of the device.

RRT is a telecommunications system designer and integrator that specialises in information operations and information warfare (IO/IW) electronic warfare (EW). The company develops a number of intelligence collection systems, ruggedised repackaged gear and power solutions for the defence industry.
