Our long-standing experience is built upon our extensive portfolio, which includes manual telescopic, pneumatic telescopic, sectional and mechanical masts, supplied to commercial, civil and military organisations worldwide.

About Teksam Company

At Teksam Company, all operations take place in-house, from sales and development to complete production, packaging and transport. Our products are 100% manufactured in Belgium at our Genk facility, ensuring precision engineering, premium quality, excellent after-sales support and fast delivery times.

We comply with the ISO 9001 quality standard, and every mast that leaves our facility is rigorously tested. Our expertise spans over 50 years and is applied with careful attention to interference, user safety, ergonomics and other critical considerations, while incorporating the latest technological innovations.

All our masts are made from anodised, aircraft-grade aluminium with seamless drawn tubes. To meet all customer-specific needs, our masts are divided into different brands.

Teksam Company’s deployable mast system brands

TekMast

TekMast was introduced in 2009 to meet the demand for lightweight tactical masts. The TekMast VMS-series is a multi-purpose, mechanically extended, portable tubular field mast which can be used for long-term applications.

Thanks to a patented guying system, this tactical field mast can be safely deployed even under windy conditions by two operators (up to 15m) or three operators (up to 24m) in less than 20 minutes.

The TekMast VMS-series is MIL-STD-810G certified for high/low temperature, solar radiation, humidity, salt fog, blowing sand/dust, vibration and transit drop.

For extending the mast, it is equipped with a manual mechanical winch as standard, or with an electric device kit as an option.

The mast offers a wide variety of interface adapters, with custom mounting solutions designed for your application. Guy collars, antennas and other equipment can be mounted at ground level prior to mast extension, allowing the antenna and mast sections to be raised together in one smooth operation.

Teklite

Teklite is globally recognised in the emergency services sector and is primarily used on firefighting vehicles for lighting as well as for camera surveillance applications and environmental measurements.

This range includes carriable, tripod-mounted, manual telescopic as well as pneumatic telescopic masts with a hand pump. Additionally, our pneumatic telescopic masts for vehicles can operate using either our TekAir compressors or the vehicle’s integrated built-in air pressure system.

For vehicles with limited space, or in cases where no room is available at the back of the vehicle, through the roof, or in the superstructure, we offer foldable pneumatic or electromechanical roof-mounted systems.

Clark Masts

Several key ranges of the renowned Clark Masts brand are manufactured at our facilities:

• QT-range: An economical, lightweight pneumatic telescopic mast with base-mounted hand pump. Suitable for vehicles, shelters or tripods on both soft and hard surfaces.
• FT-range: Based on the QT-range, this variant features an integrated tripod, making it a typical field mast.
• PU-range: A well-proven, robust, manual telescopic mast that uses guy ropes instead of a tripod for field installation. It can also be installed on a vehicle/shelter. Cross-pins are used for mechanical locking.
• PU(X)-RCH/P: A modern evolution of the PU-series featuring super locking collars. Available as manual PU-RCH or pneumatic PU(X)-RCP with a separate hand pump. The pneumatic versions accommodate heavier payloads.

TekAir

TekAir represents our specialised line of air pressure supply systems, designed and built by Teksam Company specifically for pneumatic telescopic masts.

Our wide range of compressors includes (vehicle) battery-powered units and grid-connected options (110V – 230V).
