BAE Systems and Fujitsu have entered a collaboration to develop a cyber threat intelligence (CTI) sharing system, which allows the companies to exchange CTI information worldwide.
The system uses internationally approved industry standards and tools to create two-way data transfer.
Headquartered in Japan, Fujitsu develops information and communications solutions.
The Boeing Company has announced a $400m offering of senior notes, due in 2023 and bearing an interest rate of 1.875% per annum.
Boeing has also valued two more senior notes offerings of $400m each. One carries a coupon rate of 2.250% and is due in 2026, whereas the other, due 2046, carries an interest rate of 3.553%.
The interest is payable twice a year, starting on 15 December 2016.

The EST II training system will be delivered worldwide from August.
