BAE Systems and Fujitsu have entered a collaboration to develop a cyber threat intelligence (CTI) sharing system, which allows the companies to exchange CTI information worldwide.
The system uses internationally approved industry standards and tools to create two-way data transfer.
Headquartered in Japan, Fujitsu develops information and communications solutions.
The Boeing Company has announced a $400m offering of senior notes, due in 2023 and bearing an interest rate of 1.875% per annum.
Boeing has also valued two more senior notes offerings of $400m each. One carries a coupon rate of 2.250% and is due in 2026, whereas the other, due 2046, carries an interest rate of 3.553%.
The interest is payable twice a year, starting on 15 December 2016.
Proceeds from the offerings will be used to fund the company's corporate activities.

ManTech International has secured a $44.2m contract from the US Department of Defense (DoD) to provide software engineering maintenance services for the product manager for joint personnel identification (PM JPI) quick reaction capabilities (QRC) contract for up to one year.
ManTech will also provide operational and user support for warfighters.
URS Federal Services has been awarded a $27.61m contract by the US Army Contracting Command (ACC).
The company will provide the US Army Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) with supply, maintenance and transportation services until May 2020.
The US Army Programme Executive Office for Simulation and Training (PEO STRI) has awarded a $15.6m order to Meggitt Training Systems to provide an engagement skills trainer (EST) II system.
The EST II training system will be delivered worldwide from August.
