Saab has awarded a contract to Åkers Krutbruk Protection to develop protected shelter for the Giraffe AMB multimission radar system.

The protected shelter will help Giraffe AMB to continue providing uninterrupted situational awareness and force protection, while warning its crew of incoming rockets, artillery and mortars despite enemy actions.
