General Dynamics-OTS Inc has received a $109.24m contract modification to supply Hydra unguided rockets to the US Army.
The deal was awarded by the US Army Contracting Command and is set to run through to March 2020.
Work under the contract will be performed at General Dynamics-OTS’ facility in Williston, Vermont, US.
The US Army Software Engineering Directorate has placed an order worth roughly $980m with the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for a variety of battlefield systems.
The contract will help provide new technologies and timely intelligence for warfighters in the battlefield.
SAIC will also provide engineering and systems integration services to the US Army as part of the agreement.
