ServiceNow is an American software company based in Santa Clara, California that develops cloud computing platforms to help companies manage digital workflows for enterprise operations. It was founded in the early 2000s and has investments in two UK sovereign data centres. ServiceNow’s so-called no-code low-code creative workflow platform enables militaries and forces to rapidly build and deploy digital applications.
The US Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) IS ServiceNow’s single biggest enterprise customer and uses its cloud platform to provide services for hundreds of thousands of veterans. ServiceNow has signed the UK Armed Forces Covenant, showing its commitment to supporting the UK Ministry of Defence, the frontline commands and the national security agencies.
The company will exhibit at DSEI for the first time this year. Global Defence Technology talks to ServiceNow’s client director for defence and national security Dylan Thomas about the company’s activities and explores what visitors can expect to find at its stand in the Future Tech Hub.
