IR.Tools produces advanced infrared patches, markers and targets for the Military, Law Enforcement and Sportsmen. Each product begins with one or more IR reflective, thermal or photo-luminescent films for protection, identification or specified training. The films are detected and identified by infrared cameras, thermal imagers, advanced optics or the naked eye. What started in 2006 as primarily delivering infrared friend or foe protection to the military has grown into a complete line of IR markers for law enforcement vehicles, and a suite of passive and powered training targets for advanced optics.
