ROTZLER GROUP introduces the new TITAN TI 3 EVO, a high-performance hydraulic hoisting winch engineered for demanding lifting applications where flexibility, safety, and compact design are essential. Based on well-known and proven technology, the TITAN TI 3 EVO expands the TITAN product family with advanced configurability and integrated safety intelligence.

Designed for hoisting applications across knuckle boom cranes, service cranes, telescopic cranes, crawler cranes, mini cranes, aerial platforms, and drilling rigs, the TITAN TI 3 EVO delivers a maximum hoisting force of 10,000lbf, making it suitable for heavy-duty and precision lifting tasks.

The hydraulically driven winch operates at an operating pressure of 3,000psi with a maximum oil flow of 32 US gpm, ensuring powerful and consistent performance. The standard drum configuration supports a rope length of up to 195ft, while a modular design approach enables adaptation to a wide range of application requirements.

A key differentiator of the TITAN TI 3 EVO is its enhanced configurability. Variable drum widths allow maximum flexibility in rope length, while an insert gearbox concept provides alternative gear ratio options for specific operating conditions.

Safety is a central design element of the TITAN TI 3 EVO. As an option, the winch can be equipped with torque measurement, rope layer and rope length detection, enabling precise monitoring and integration into modern machine control systems with CAN-bus technology. This advanced safety architecture supports safer operation, improved load handling, and enhanced system transparency.

Despite its high performance and robust feature set, the TITAN TI 3 EVO maintains a compact build with a weight of approximately 291lbm, facilitating installation even in constrained machine layouts.
