New TITAN TI 05 Hydraulic Hoisting Winch Combines Compact Design with High Performance
ROTZLER Group announces the launch of the new TITAN TI 05, a compact hydraulic hoisting winch engineered for a wide range of lifting applications. Built on well-known and proven TITAN technology, the TITAN TI 05 delivers reliable performance in an exceptionally small and lightweight package.
The TITAN TI 05 is designed for hoisting applications across multiple machine types, including knuckle boom cranes, service cranes, crawler cranes, mini cranes, aerial platforms, and small drilling rigs. In addition, it is well-suited for use as an auxiliary winch on dredges and specialised trucks, such as mortar pump trucks, where compact dimensions and dependable operation are critical.
With a maximum hoisting force of 1,450lbf, the hydraulically driven TITAN TI 05 operates at an operating pressure of 1,950psi with a maximum oil flow of 7.1 US gpm. Despite its compact footprint, the winch accommodates a maximum rope length of up to 160ft, offering up to 30% more usable rope length than comparable winches in its class.
Weighing approximately 72lbm, the TITAN TI 05 stands out for its low weight and extremely compact design, enabling easier integration into space-constrained equipment while supporting higher operational efficiency.
